I believe that women deserve comprehensive, holistic support that goes beyond traditional medical approaches.   I've worked with dozens of clients who felt lost, stuck, or overwhelmed and together, we've built a roadmap toward fulfillment, health and confidence. 

 I have walked in your shoes.  After an emergency hysterectomy at 40, I entered full-blown menopause overnight. Decades of stress, emotional pain, and caring for everyone else but myself, had left me empty. But when I shifted my mindset, everything changed.

Through compassion, mindset work, and hormone balance, I found vitality again.
Now I’m here to help you do the same.
